Where we deliver

We offer worldwide delivery, subject to carrier availability and applicable destination restrictions. We review the address and delivery route before confirming your order and sending payment instructions. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before requesting payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days after payment has been received and verified. Estimated transit times after dispatch are 5–8 working days to the United Kingdom, 7–12 working days to Europe and 10–20 working days to other destinations. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

We will contact you about any material delay. We aim to deliver within 30 calendar days of accepting the order unless a different date has been agreed with you. Your statutory remedies for late or failed delivery remain available.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs €6.90 EUR to the UK, €9.90 EUR to European destinations in our checkout delivery group, and €14.90 EUR elsewhere. Standard delivery is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of €150.00 EUR or more. Your exact charge is shown before submission. We will not add a delivery surcharge without your agreement.

Tracking and receipt

When the selected carrier provides tracking, we email the details after dispatch. Check your spam folder if the message is missing. Contact us with your order number if tracking stops updating or a parcel appears lost or damaged. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise.

Customs and import charges

International deliveries may attract destination import duties, local taxes or carrier clearance fees. These are not included in our checkout total and may need to be paid before delivery. Check the rules for your destination before ordering. Currency conversion or transfer charges imposed by your bank are separate.

Your delivery details

Please provide a complete address, local postcode where used and a reachable telephone number. Tell us promptly if anything is incorrect. We will try to amend an order before dispatch; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Any reasonable redelivery cost will be discussed with you before action is taken.
